Refund Policy
We strive for your satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied, we apply the following refund policies.
1. Eligibility (72 Hours Guarantee)
You can only request a refund within 72 hour after the initial purchase of the service. After this period, any right to a refund expires.
2. Refund Amounts and Rules
The refund method depends on the purchase amount:
- Under €5.00: You will receive a refund in the form of Store Credits to your LoudNode account. No money will be refunded to your bank account/payment method.
- Between €5.00 and €50.00: You are eligible for a refund to your original payment method. * Above €50.00: For amounts above €50.00, we will refund 75% of the amount in Store Credits.
3. Exclusions (No Refund)
In the following cases, you are not entitled to a refund, even within 3 days:
- Your account has been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., crypto mining, illegal files).
- The downtime or issue was caused by the user's own actions.
- You have already requested a refund (policy abuse).
4. Requests
Refunds must be requested via a ticket in our Discord or through the customer panel. LoudNode's decision on granting a refund is final.
