Terms of Service

By using LoudNode's services, you unconditionally agree to these terms.

1. General

LoudNode provides hosting services. While we strive for the highest possible uptime, we offer our services on a best-effort basis. We are currently not a registered company.

2. Prohibited Activities

It is strictly prohibited to use our servers for:

• Crypto Mining: Mining cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Monero, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
• Illegal Content: Hosting copyrighted, unlicensed material, child pornography, malware, phishing sites, or DDoS scripts.
• Excessive Use: Activities that jeopardize the stability of our network or other customers.

3. Penalties for Violation (Zero Tolerance)

If we determine that you are using our services for Crypto Mining or other illegal activities:

1. Your server will be shut down immediately and without warning.

2. All your files will be permanently deleted. You will no longer have access to your data.

3. You will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the remaining term.

4. Audit and Monitoring

LoudNode reserves the right to inspect the files on your server at any time, without prior notice, to check for illegal activity or violations of these terms.

5. Liability

Because LoudNode operates as an unregistered, non-profit entity, we are not liable for any damages, data loss, or loss of profits arising from the use of our services. Creating backups is always the customer's own responsibility.

6. Changes to Terms

LoudNode may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately.

• Changes are usually announced in our Discord (9 out of 10 times).
• By continuing to use our services after a change, you agree to the new terms.
